Resolve "Unable to load documents using classes not in the same source folder"

Add a custom library class which extends the builtin one, with a settable class loader, and associate that library with the editor controller instead of the builtin. Add a custom class loader that will use the class path entries of the projects in the workspace to lookup classes.
