Merging frontend-testing into master

This is the last major update to the application. New feature include, but are not limited to:

• One can now create multiple budgets
• One can select which budget to use from a list of existing budgets
• The main menu will bring you the the food page
• In the food page, once can view recipes based on their ingredients
• The ingredients at hand can be deleted or added
• One can search for ingredients

There is a red thread that connects the entire program
