Refactor: Create new svelteproject with ts

This branch has deleted the original frontend project and initiated a new one using typescript. This is the one we will use.

Added the same style and design, logic for login in trough feide and redirected to a site. The user is redirected to the /app folder. Under this folder we can create our sites! 🗡
