Clustering, custom hand menu, some new functions and release clean up

Clustering is the big change here, and it looks awesome!

- Clustering - very nice!
- Clean up - snaps all brain parts back
- Reset function is back
- Hide tool tips/name tags function
Fixes
- All buttons are now on hand menu
- Restructure how releases are handled (unseen)
Known issues
- Double clicking cluster enable removes outline
- Functions do not sync over network
