fixing JaCoCo report for fxui and rest modules

The JaCoCo report is not found in the target folder for the fxui and rest modules as the jacoco execution file is not found. That means that jacoco.exec is not present in the target folder. This seems to be a side effect of changes to the argLine in the pom files for the maven surefire plugin.
