Fix Swagger issue with /dumpsters endpoint

Tore Bergebakken requested to merge hotfix-get-dumpsters into develop

The location param definition was wrong. It required a nested object when, in fact, what is required is merely a flattened object with coordinates and radius. Sorry about that.
