Fix/scenes

Made changes to the scenes classes and made them root classes instead, to solve the sizing issues, and content dropping out of the stage issues. Refactored names and placements of mentioned and related classes, to increase readability and correct grammatical errors. Redid some of the java doc in mentioned classes to correct grammatical errors, and increase readability.
