Fixed code formatting.

• Fixed formatting of code on most files.
  • Indentation: Now all done with tab instead of space.
  • Start and end curly-brackets for code blocks are now uniform.
• Set the IFrameDuration on hit to 0 in character.
• Made PlayerController override it so only players have it.
• Also fixed bug where only default duration would be used for all iframes.
