Responsive pages

Nicolay Schiøll-Johansen requested to merge Responsive_pages into dev

Made most if not all pages more responsive. They now extend and contract acording to the users preference. Elements on the pages do not minimize and change form however, so the app is not yet fully responsive.

ViewAlbumn page was also updated to view the correct album and have a responsive layout.
