Hover effect and tab functionality

Nicolay Schiøll-Johansen requested to merge css/HoverCursor into dev

Added hand cursor when hovering over most clickable items, some pages still not added, will be added in new branch. Also added focusing on clickable items on the same pages, as well as keyevents to press enter to perform the set action.
