Also add ability to override db connection properties with hibernate.properties

Complete fields album title, tags and description to load and get populated with real data in view single album

Add HostService to Dataexchange to open files, add logic to save pdf to downloads folder and possibility to open it afterwards on the same button for generating it

Updated all the toolbars to be uniform as well as linking them up. Also removed the /11.0.1 at the end of xmlns and the /1 at xmlns:fx which were causing error messages
