Date bugfix - fixed

Balendra Sounthararajan requested to merge date-bugfix into develop

Used String in graphql and used Date datatype in springboot. Created queries to in Scan and Invoice to check the functionality. Input from the frontend should be parsed to match the date format in the springboot.
