Error when opening fxml file in scenebuilder editor

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException at no.tobask.sb4e.JavaProjectGlossary.javaProjectFromUrl(JavaProjectGlossary.java:51)

The file is in a source folder, but one used for resources, not Java classes (standard maven layout), see attached image.
