Fix error with cypress dockerfile copy. COPY ./cypress /e2e/cypress results in /e2e/cypress/(files from cypress folder)

Add more tests of workouts.js and api.js. Add --coverage to jest. Add export to workouts and api.js to be able to get coverage reports.

Update frontend test dockerfile to use docker image v4 which supports both AMD64 and ARM64 architectures.

Refactor workouts.js to use filterWorkouts function combining search, exercise types and visibilty types. Add filter by exercise type.

Add api.js, move fetchWorkouts and fetchExerciseTypes to api.js. Add code to get exercise filter options.
