Username

When using BankID users don't have an email. These users should still be able to have friends. One possible way to add friends would be to add them via email, this won't be possible with BankID users. Instead we could add usernames to the application. Users will be asked on sign-up to create a username, BankID users will get an auto-generated username based on their first name, last name and a unique set of numbers. Adding usernames will also make any profile-url more readable.
