Updates slicing for the fruitslicer game. Adds loading text for pressing the back button and the create button in CreateNewTournamentState. Adds countdown for resuming from pause state. Adds the current time left in the pause state. Adds the current score in both the pause state and the minigame state. Moves time rendering and logic away from the individual minigame states and into the PlayStateTemplate, which should make it easier and quicker to implement a new time-based minigame. Completes issue #87.
