Link logged in user's school-ID to fileupload component (#36)

Currently all uploaded elements are uploaded to the school with ID 11010, the ID should be the logged in user's school-ID.
Could also expand the component to allow uploading data for any school, if user is admin, by adding a "Ansvar" column to Excel file.
